Living

Room to spread out.

The stair

Penthouse

The penthouse is climate controlled, with red stools on a checkerboard floor and windows over downtown Bristol and the mountains.

Rooftop

Your own rooftop deck.

A private deck with views of downtown Bristol and the mountains. The fire pit is an optional add-on when you book.

Roof rules

  • No glass in the penthouse or on the deck. Plastic cups are in the kitchen cabinet, and there are plastic bar glasses in the penthouse.
  • Don't lean on the railing, and don't throw anything over the edge.
  • Stay on the deck: the rest of the roof is unfinished.
  • Anything dropped onto the neighboring roof can't be retrieved.
  • Keep the noise respectful for the neighbors.

Above Serendipity, next door to the Cameo Theater, and a few blocks from anything to do: restaurants, shopping and entertainment all within walking distance. Guests park free on the premises.
